DXOV Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping within Canada Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping to the United States We ship select products to the US. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers We ship via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers depending on your location and order size.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
